dc.description.abstract	Jedná se o novostavbu rodinného domu samostatně stojícího v obci Rudíkov. Objekt je výškově a architektonicky navržen tak, aby splňoval požadavky okolní zástavby. Dům má bazén, saunu, garáž, je částečně podsklepený a má obytné podkroví. Suterén složí jako posilovna a místo pro skladování. Zbytek domu je koncipován jako jednogenerační, pro jednu rodinu o 3-4 lidech (dva rodiče, jedno až dvě děti). Konstrukční systém domu je z cihelných bloků Porotherm, včetně stropní konstrukce. Dům má sedlovou střechu řešenou bezvaznicovým systémem (hambálek). Jako krytina slouží asfaltové pásy.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This project features an independent newly built family home located in the municipality of Rudikov. The height and architectural style of the building respect the requirements of the neighboring areas. The house has a pool, sauna, garage, includes a cellar smaller than the footprint of the house and a loft. The cellar is used as gym and storage. The house itself is conceived as single family home for 3-4 people (2 parents + 1-2 children). It is built of bricks – Porotherm bricks, including ceiling constructions. The house has a gable roof which is designed as a roof without purlin system. As covering of the roof serves roof bitumen sheets.	en
