dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé diplomové práce je zpracování Územní studie jižního rozvojového území města Brna. Jedná se opravdu o velmi odsunutou plochu, v městské části Brno-jih okolo dnešních vesnic Dolní Heršpice a Přízřenice. Je tedy od centra města oddělena dálnicí D1 a z východu i západu ohraničena významnými rychlostními komunikacemi – ulicí Vídeňskou a dálnicí D2. Uvnitř řešeného území leží dvě historické vesnice, které jsou dnes formálně součástí Brna – Dolní Heršpice a Přízřenice. Dále je zde několik průmyslových areálů, využívaných i nevyužívaných. Všechny tyto areály jsou ve východní části území mezi ulicí Havránkovou/Zelnou/Modřickou a řekou Svratkou. Převážnou část území tvoří využívaná zemědělská půda. Reliéf je velmi rovinatý, celkové převýšení mezi nejnižším a nejvyšším bodem je 16 metrů, přitom vzdálenost těchto bodů je téměř 2,5 km. V severní části vytváří potok Leskava mělké údolí. Cílem návrhu bylo prověřit možnou kapacitu tohoto území pro novou převážně obytnou čtvrť města, pokud by vznikla v blízké budoucnosti potřeba vytvořit nové bytové kapacity v jižní části města.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The theme of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of the Territorial Study of the South Development Area of the City of Brno. It is a very displaced area, in the Brno-South district around the villages of Dolní Heršpice and Přízřenice. It is therefore separated from the city center by the D1 motorway and circumscribed in the east and west by the high-speed communications - Vídeňská Street and D2 motorway. There are two historical villages inside the assigned area, which are today formally part of Brno - Dolní Heršpice and Přízřenice. There are also several industrial sites, both used and unused. All these are in the eastern part of the territory between Havránková / Zelná / Modřická street and river Svratka. The vast majority of the area consists of used agricultural land. The embossment is very flat, the overall elevation between the lowest and the highest point is 16 meters, while the distance of these points is almost 2.5 km. In the northern part, the Leskava stream forms a shallow valley. The aim of the proposal was to investigate the possible capacity of this territory for the new predominantly residential district of the city if the need to create new housing capacities in the southern part of the city would arise in the near future.	en
