Nízkopodlažní bytový dům

Abstract

Práce řeší návrh jednoduchého nízkopodlažního bytového domu. Zvolený pozemek, na němž má objekt stát, se nachází v obci Velký Újezd poblíž města Olomouce v Olomouckém kraji. Stavba je navržena jako nepodsklepený bytový dům se třemi nadzemními podlažími a 11 bytovými jednotkami. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází společný skladovací prostor. Svislé konstrukce jsou provedeny z keramických tvárnic Porotherm, stropní konstrukce z nosníků POT a keramických vložek MIAKO, střech je sedlová se sklonem 12°, jení nosná konstrukce je řešena pomocí dřevěných vazníků.This thesis is focused on designing a simple low-floor apartment building. The chosen land, on which the building schould be standing on, is located in the village Velký Újezd in the vicinity of the city of Olomouc. The structure is designed as an apartment building without a basement, with three above-ground floors and 11 flats. There’s a communal storage part on the 1st floor. The vertical supporting construction are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks, the ceiling structure is made of POT supports and MIAKO ceramic blocks, the roof is saddle shaped with an angle of 12°, its supporting structure is is made of wooden fish girder.
