| dc.description.abstract | Autor se prostřednictvím tohoto příspěvku věnuje ve shrnutí uplynulým 4 letem znalecké činnosti v České republice. Nahlíží na ni především z pohledu legislativních změn a legislativních prací, přičemž se snaží do teoretické roviny aplikovat taktéž reálné problémy českých znalců. Příspěvek ve svém závěru otevírá také otázku blízké i vzdálenější budoucnosti a shrnuje dopady možných scénářů dalšího vývoje znalecké činnosti. | cs |
