Abstract
Tato práce má za cíl vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby. Projekt řeší novostavbu rodinného domu v Třinci. Novostavba je určena pro čtyřčlennou rodinu pro celoroční obývání. Objekt má jedno nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. Budova je zděná z keramických tvárnic systému Porotherm, suterénní zdivo z betonových tvárnic a střecha je valbová. Objekt je situován na rovinném terénu.
The aim of this thesis is to develop design documents for building construction. This project deals with a new building of family house in Třinec. The new building is intended for four members family for year round occupancy. This bulding has one ground floor and one underground floor. The building is made of ceramics brigs blocks from system Porotherm, underground brickwork from concrete breeze blocks and the type of the roof is hipped roof. House is situated on flat land.
