Abstract
Bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci jednopodlažního rodinného domu. Nad částí objektu je umístěno obytné podkroví. Dům má sedlovou střechu a je dispozičně rozdělen na dvě bytové jednotky. Dům je určen pro bydlení šesti osob. Objekt je umístěn ve stávající zástavbě v rovinatém terénu v k.ú. Choceň.
The bachelor’s thesis deals project documentation of the single-storey family house. Above the part of the building is located attic. The house has a gable roof and the layout is divided into two units. The house is designed for housing six people. The building is located in the existing buildings on flat land in the cadastral Choceň.
