Řízení subdodávek ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je popis řízení subdodávek ve stavebním podniku. Práce pohlíží na daný problém z pohledu zadavatele ale i samotného subdodavatele. Text je dělen na teoretickou část, vysvětlující dané pojmy a na část praktickou. Praktická část představuje konkrétní stavební firmu a popisuje možné systémy využívané k řízení subdodávek dané společnosti. Součástí práce je analýza řízení subdodávek v již dříve realizované stavební zakázce a návrh vlastního postupu řízení dodavatelských firem.The aim of this bachelor thesis is the description of subdelivery management in a construction company. The work is focused on a given problem from the perspective of the contracting authority, as well as from the perspective of the subcontractor himself. The text is divided to two parts. The theoretical part explains the given terminology, while the practical part represents a specific construction company and describes various systems used for subdelivery management of the given company. Part of the work is dedicated to the analysis of subdelivery management in a previously delivered contract, followed by my own delivery companies management procedure.
