dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší návrh rodinného domu s geodetickou kanceláří v katastrálním území města Prievaly v zástavbě rodinných domů. Objekt je navržen jako třípodlažní, částečně podsklepený, tvořený suterénem a dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Objekt se nachází na mírně svahovitém terénu. Hlavní vstup do domu je řešen v přední části, orientované na sever. Vstup do provozovny je řešen ze západní strany. Rodinný dům je navržen pro 4 - 6 člennou rodinu, garáž je určená pro jedno auto. Ve sklepní části se nachází geodetická kancelář pro 3 - 4 zaměstnanců. V 1.NP se nachází společenská část domu a v 2. NP klidová část domu. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramických tvarovek Porotherm. Stropy jsou navrženy z železobetonu. Objekt je zastřešen sedlovou střechou se sklonem 32°.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Bachelor´s thesis deals with a project of a family house and geodetic office within development area of family houses in Prievaly cadastral area. Structure is designed as three-storey house with a semibasement, composed by the basement floor and two storeys above the ground. Structure is suited in a midly sloping terrain. Main entrance is positioned in the front part which is oriented towards north. Entrance to the office is positioned from western side. Family house is designed for 4-6 member family, garage is intended for one car only. In the basement part is geodetic office for 3-4 employes. In the 1st floor is the social part of the house and in the 2nd floor is a quiet part of the house. Structure is based on footing from plain concrete. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of Porotherm clay brick while the floor structures are made of reinforced concrete. Saddle roof of the building with a slope of 32°.	en
