Abstract
Diplomová práce analyzuje stav firmy, hledá příčiny nespokojenosti majitele firmy s tímto stavem a na základě strategické analýzy předkládá návrhy řešení situace firmy. Práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti strategické analýzy a z problematiky podnikání v oboru výherních hracích přístrojů.
This diploma thesis analyses conditions of the firm and looks for the causes of dissatisfaction of the firm owner with these conditions. On the basis of the strategic analysis this thesis puts forward suggestions to solve the present situation in the firm. The work contains theoretical findings concerning the area of the strategic analysis as well as the problems of enterprise in the field of the gambling machines.
