Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského záměru vedoucího k rozvoji obchodních aktivit podniku. První část práce zahrnuje teoretický úvod do problematiky, základní pojmy a nástroje využívané v oblasti obchodu. Na základě teoretických poznatků a hodnocení současného stavu podniku se autorka práce zabývá návrhem změn, které zajistí zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku a zlepšení jeho ekonomického stavu. Závěr práce je věnován predikci budoucího vývoje podniku.The subject of this thesis is creation of a business plan leading to the development of the business activities. The first part of the thesis covers the theoretical introduction into the matters, basic terms and definition of the used methods. Based on the theoretical findings and on the evaluation of the current state of the company the author of the thesis creates a concept of changes that should increase the competitiveness and improve the economical condition of the business. The conclusion is an estimation of the future development of the company.
