Vliv provedení izolací na cenu a kvalitu díla

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na vplyv izolácie spodnej stavby, izolácie plochej strechy a izolácie fasády na kvalitu a cenu stavby. Teoretická časť práce je zameraná na popis tvorby cien, nákladov a ich kalkuláciu, rozpočet a charakteristiku materiálov. V praktickej časti práce sú vybraté vhodné materiály a skladby prevedenia izolácií pre konkrétny objekt. Následne je vyhotovená cenová kalkulácia hydroizolácií, tepelných izolácií a odhad ceny objektu. V záverečnej časti je vyhodnotený dopad izolácií na cenu a kvalitu objektu.This Bachelor thesis focuses on influence insulation substructure, insulation flat roof and insulation facade on the quality and price of the building. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on description of pricing, costs and their costing, budget and characteristics of the materials. In the practical part are selected appropriate materials and composition of insulation for concrete building. Consequently is developed price calculation of waterproof membrane, thermal insulation and appraisement building. In the final section is evaluated impact on price and quality of building.
