Rodinný dům s prodejnou leteckého modelářství v Mohelně

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o návrhu domu nacházejícího se ve vesnici Mohelno a současně o zpracování dokumentace pro provedení této stavby. Dům je určený pro dvě rodiny a nachází se v něm prodejna leteckého modelářství. Dům je umístěn v zastavěné části na okraji obce. Dům je částečně podsklepen a má tři nadzemní podlaží a rovnou střechu. V prvním nadzemním podlaží jsou dvě části. První část sestává z prodejny leteckého modelářství, skladu a kanceláře. Ve druhé části je umístěna vstupní hala se schodištěm, garáž a technická místnost. Druhé a třetí nadzemní podlaží domu jsou určeny k bydlení. Dům je zděný z konstrukčního systému Heluz.This bachelor´s thesis deals about plan of house located in the village Mohelno. Simultaneously this work is about documentation for building construction. The house is destined for two families and aeromodelling shop located in this house. This house is situated in the urban area in the suburbs. The house is partly basement and has three floors and flat roof. There are two parts on the first floor. The first part consists of the aero model shop, warehouse and office. In the second part is located the entrance hall with staircase, garage and utility room. The second and the third floors are destined for living. The building is made of brick construction system Heluz.
