Vyhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičního záměru

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením investičního projektu rekonstrukce a modernizace expedičního střediska uzenin Makovec a.s. v Držovicích u Prostějova. Je zaměřena především na vyhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti projektu. Obsahem práce je popis společnosti, jejího investičního záměru a přehled výnosů a nákladů spojených s investicí. V závěru je proveden výpočet základních ekonomických ukazatelů a s jejich použitím je vyhodnocena efektivnost investičního záměru.Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the investment project of reconstruction and modernization of the dispatch hall of smoked meat products in Makovec company in Držovice near Prostejov. It focuses primarily on evaluating the economic efficiency of the project. The thesis includes a description of the company, its investment plan and an overview of revenues and expenses associated with the investment. At the end is a calculation of basic economic indicators and their use, assessed the effectiveness of the investment plan.
