| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce řeší území při pravém břehu řeky Svitavy, v širším centru Brna na pomezí městských částí Trnitá a Židenice. Na základě analýz dané lokality je zpracován urbanistický návrh, který si klade za cíl upevnit městskou strukturu zástavby. Projekt je zaměřen na funkční řešení bytového domu v severní části lokality, s přímou návazností na řeku. Je řešena architektonická a dispoziční koncepce objektu a vzniká tak bytový dům s několika typizovanými bytovými jednotkami uspořádanými do pětipodlažní budovy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This bachelors thesis deals with the area on the right riverside of Svitava at the border of two town sections – Trnitá and Židenice. There is planning scheme composed according to prior analysis of this location, which aim is to improve civic urban fabric. The project is focused on functional layout of the apartment block in the northern part of the location with direct connection to the river. From both architectonical and spatial arrangement of the object arises apartment block with few standardized housing units composed into five-storey building. | en |
