dc.description.abstractNáplní této bakalářské práce je návrh zdvihového mechanismu jeřábové kočky o nosnosti 25 000 kg. Návrh spočívá ve výpočtech hlavních rozměrů jednotlivých částí zdvihového mechanismu, jako průměry vodících kladek, celkové rozměry navíjecího bubnu, průměr lana, dále pak ve volbě převodovky, brzdy, spojky a elektromotoru. Je zde obsažen pevnostní výpočet lanového bubnu a výpočet trvanlivosti ložiska. Součástí práce je výkresová dokumentace celkové sestavy jeřábové kočky a svařence lanového bubnu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of stroke mechanism of travelling crab with lifting capacity 25,000 kg. The proposal consists in calculations of the main dimensions of individual parts of the stroke mechanism, as the pulleys diameters, overall dimensions of the rope drum, rope diameter, then the choice of gearbox, brake, coupling and electric motor. There is a strength calculation of the rope drum and the bearing life calculation. Thesis includes assembly drawing of travelling crab and drawing of rope drum weldment.en
