dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce je analýza problematiky územního plánování v praxi u obcí s vazbou na jejich rozvojové možnosti. Práce obsahuje rozbor problematiky a procesu územního plánování dle právních norem České republiky, posuzuje vlivy, které ovlivňují zastupitelstva obcí při územním plánování, a jak může zastupitelstvo obce toto použít v závislosti na rozvojových možnostech obce. Porovnání teorie s praktickým aplikováním a ovlivňující vlivy jsou předvedeny na příkladu obce Knínice u Boskovic.cs
dc.description.abstractSubject of this thesis is analysis of regional planning issue in practice in municipalities with a link to their development opportunities. The thesis contains the issue analysis and process of regional planning according to legal standards of the Czech Republic. It examines the influences which affect municipal councils while regional planning and how the municipal councils can use it in connection with the municipality development possibilities. Comparison of theory with practical application and demonstration of the influences is shown on the municipality Knínice u Boskovic.en
