dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zpracovaný formou projektové dokumentace obsahující veškeré náležitosti dle platných předpisů. Navržený domov důchodců se nachází mezi obcemi Lomnička u Tišnova a Šerkovice. Objekt je čtyřpodlažní. V objektu se nachází 42 obytných jednotek sociální péče a zázemí pro seniory. Konstrukční systém je tvořen železobetonovým skeletem a výplňovým zdivem z keramických tvárnic. Celý objekt je opatřen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Střešní konstrukci tvoří příhradové vazníky a plechová krytina.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This paper is processed in the form of project documentation which comprises all the requisites required by current regulations. Designed house for seniors is located between the villages Lomnicka u Tišnova and Šerkovice. The building has four floors. The facility is located 42 residential units social care and facilities for the elderly. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete frame and masonry infill ceramic blocks. The entire building is equipped with a contact system. The roof structure consists of lattice trusses and metal roofing.	en
