Umělecká škola v Brně

Abstract

Umělecká škola se nachází v lokalitě Brno – Střed, Kraví hora. Objekt je umístěn na horní část pozemku, zapuštěn do terénu a kopíruje svažitý terén. Návrh tvoří centrální atrium, které je obklopeno výstavním prostorem s posuvnými výstavními panely, dvojice křídel s odehrávající se výukou. Dále je navržen víceúčelový sál a kavárna. Všechny podlaží jsou propojené výtahovou šachtou jdoucí až na vyhlídkovou terasu. Jednotlivé terasové střechy jsou pochozí s intenzivní zelení. Stavba je založena pomocí podzemních stěn. Konstrukci tvoří železobetonový skelet s doplňkovými ocelovými příhradovými konstrukcemi. Fasáda je řešena z pohledového betonu v kombinaci s proskleným pláštěm. Vnitřní dělící stěny jsou v různých barevnostech. Umělecká škola bude využívaná obyvateli všech věkových skupin z Brna a jeho okolí.The School of art is situated in a part of Brno-Kraví hora. Location of building is on the top of sloping land and structure is recessed in ground. Concept was built up on an central atrium, which is surrounded by exhibition area. The area is supplemented by sliding exhibition panels. Classrooms of each subject are placed in two wings. Both wings lie on the ground and forming exterior private space. Building also composes multipurpose hall and cafe. A lift was designed specially and connecting each floors. The lift goes on the top of level where tereace is. Every level of structure has green ascendible roof. Building facility establishes the structure which is made by diaphragm walls. Construction is build up by reinforced concrete skeleton. Steel-truss frame will be designed as another construction. The facade is made by combination of architectural concrete and glass areas. Space is separed by colored walls in the interior. The School of art will be visited by people of all age groups. Building facility is not only for habitents from Brno.
