dc.description.abstract	V této práci řeším návrh novostavby rodinného domu na úrovni dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Dům se nachází v okrajové části obce Drahlov. Jedná se o nepodsklepenou dřevostavbu o jednom nadzemním podlaží se samostatnou garáží na jedno auto na zastavěné ploše 193,02 m2. Obvodová konstrukce je tvořena sendvičovými stěnami, jako nosný prvek slouží rám z KVH hranolů uvnitř této konstrukce. Fasáda je provětrávaná s dřevěným obložením, střešní krytina je plechová falcovaná. Vnitřní dispozice je řešena podle normy a potřeb uživatelů domu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	In this thesis I solve draft of new building of family house on the level of documentation for construction. The house is located on the outskirt of small village Drahlov. It is a wooden building without the basement which consist of one floor with detached garage for one car built on the area of 193,02 m2. The circuit structure consist of sandwich walls, the bearing element is a frame of KVH prisms inside the structure. The facade is ventilated with wood paneling, roofing material is metal. Internal layout is designed according to norm and users´ use.	en
