Bytový dům v Blansku

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh novostavby bytového domu v Blansku. Jedná se čtyřpodlažní objekt, nepodsklepený. Objekt se nachází v jižní části města Blanska. V objektu se nachází 23 bytových jednotek, z toho 2 jednotky zvláštního určení. Dále se v objektu nachází kavárna, projekční kancelář, kadeřnictví s nehtovým studiem, kopy centrum. Hlavní stavební systém VELOX. Součástí návrhu je návrh nuceného větrání v kavárně.The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a new building apartment house in the city of Blansko. The object is of four floors with no cellars and is situated in the southern part of Blansko. The object consists of 23 apartments, 2 of which are of special designation. Moreover there is also a coffee place, an engineer’s office, a hairdresser with nail studio and a copy place. VELOX is the main building system. Design of forced air in a coffee place is included to the project.
