Abstract

Diplomová práce „změny v průběhu financování bydlení“ se zabývá problematikou změn, které mohou nastat v průběhu financování úvěrových produktů. Rozebírá jednotlivé typy změn a jejich dopady. Teoretická část se věnuje současnému bankovnímu trhu v České republice, uvedením poskytovatelů hypotečních úvěrů a stavebních spoření, představení jednotlivých produktů financování bydlení a jejich srovnání. Praktická část se zabývá samotnými změnami v průběhu financování bydlení na modelových případech.The thesis "changes over housing finance" deals with changes that may occur in the course of financing credit products. The theoretical part deals with the current banking market in the Czech Republic, stating the mortgage loans and building savings, performance of individual housing finance products and their comparison. The practical part deals with the actual changes in the course of the housing finance model cases.
