Rodinný dům ve svahu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce zpracovává řešení rodinného domu vetknutého do svahu v rozsahu dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Práce je dělena dle aktuálně platných dotčených zákonů, norem a vyhlášek. Navržený rodinný dům je netradiční především pro svůj způsob osazení do svažitého terénu zvoleného pozemku, kdy střecha objektu plynule přechází do svahu. Díky tomuto řešení a architektonickému návrhu rodinného domu nabízí objekt velké množství specifických konstrukčních detailů, kterým je v práci věnován náležitý prostor.In the bachelor´s thesis, a design of a house situated in the slope is presented and its detailed project documentation is worked out. The thesis is divided up according to the valid laws, norms and regulations required for realization of the project. The unique feature of the house designed is its location in the sloping terrain of the plot: the roof of the building gradually connects with the surrounding terrain. Due to such an innovative solution, a vast number of technical and constructional details needed to be dealt with and were described in the thesis.
