dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je výběr optimální varianty financování investice inženýrského charakteru. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na možnosti financování investic ve veřejném sektoru, problematikou zadávání veřejných zakázek, riziky plynoucí z financování veřejných zakázek a stavem inženýrských staveb na jihu a západě Čech. Přínosem praktické části bude konkrétně zjistit možnosti financování zkoumaného projektu a doporučit optimální variantu jeho financování.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this thesis is to selection of optimal variant of financing the investment engineering characters. The theoretical part is focused on the possibilities of investment financing in the public sector, the issue of public procurement, risks arising from the financing of public procurement and state engineering in the south and west Bohemia. The benefit of the practical part will specifically identify funding options researched the project and recommend the optimal variant of its financing.	en
