Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem polyfunkčního domu se dvěma bytovými jednotkami v Olšanech u Vyškova. Budova se skládá ze tří nadzemních podlaží a suterénu. Její hlavní část tvoří projektová dokumentace s technickou zprávou. Dále jsou vypracovány studie, tepelně technické posouzení, požárně bezpečnostní řešení a semestrální práce.
The bachelor thesis deals with project of polyfunctional building with two residential units in Olšany near Vyškov. The building is composed of basement and three above-ground floors. Its main part is formed by project documentation with a technical report. There are also drawn studies, heat technical assessment, fire safety solution and semestral work.
