Rozhodovací kriteria při pořizování rezidenčních nemovitostí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce ve svém úvodu představuje problematiku vlastnictví a pořízení rezidenční nemovitosti z pohledu právního systému, realitního trhu, ocenění nemovitosti a možností financování. Hlavní část této práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci a analýzu rozhodovacích kritérií, které ovlivňují výběr rezidenční nemovitosti. Součástí této práce je praktické vyhodnocení nabídky rezidenčních nemovitostí vzhledem k dříve definovaným kritériím.This bachelor thesis introduces a reader to a topic of the ownership and acquisition of the residential property from the perspective of the legal system, estate market, property valuation and financing. Main body of this thesis focuses on the identification and analysis of decision making criteria influencing selection of the residential property. Part of this thesis is a practical evaluation of the current estate market offer based on the defined criteria.
