Návrh systému podporující prodej a servis vozidel

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit návrh informačního systému pro společnost C&K a.s. , jež má dvě oddělené provozovny a zabývá se prodejem a servisem vozů tří různých továrních značek. Tato bakalářská práce by mohla posloužit jako podklad pro programátorskou společnost, která by se v budoucnu rozhodla vytvořit informační systém šitý na míru potřebám společnosti C&K a.s. Snahou tohoto návrhu je mimo jiné zohlednit různé potřeby informací jednotlivých pracovníků v rozdílných pozicích a navrhnout koncept informačního systému s důrazem na maximální efektivitu a uživatelský komfort.The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a proposal of informational system for C&K corporation. This company has got two separated commercial premises and deals with distribution and servicing of three different brands of cars. This diploma thesis could act as a basis for programming company which would decide to create an informational system exactly for C&K corporation in future. Among others the tendency of this proposal is to make a provision for different informational needs of certain imployees in certain working positions. Another aim is also to propose the concept of informational system with the emphasis on the maximum efficiency and user’s comfort.
