| dc.description.abstract | RADNICE BRNO-Sever - DIPLOMOVÁ PRÁCE 2015, FAKULTA ARCHITEKTURY VUT v Brně. Veřejná budova s hlavní funkcí radnice pro městskou část Brno- Sever. Objekt je doplněn o zastupitelský sál s rozšířeným užitím pro kulturně- společenské události. Dále se v objektu nachází obřadní síň, kavárna s občerstvením a školící místnost. Navržený objekt radnice je umístěn do středové polohy v navrhované zástavbě. Těsný kontakt s ulicí Provazníkovou poskytuje napojení na stávající zástavbu a dobrou dostupnost, jak pro pěší, tak i automobily. Radnice by byla postavena v první etapě, avšak v následných krocích by zapadla do navržené bytové zástavby. Poloha „středu“ a samotný význam radnice umožní, aby nové území vytvořilo pevné vazby se stávajícím územím již od svého počátku. Veřejná stavba a veřejná prostranství naplní území aktivním životem ve veřejném prostoru. Hmotové řešení radničního objektu tak reaguje na stávající i budoucí urbánní souvislosti. Dopravní napojení navazuje na současné komunikace. Vstupy do objektu jsou při ulici Provazníkova a z navrhovaného náměstí. Vjezd do podzemních garáží je zprava od hlavního vstupu v nově navržené ulici. Koncept radnice tvoří dvě hmoty propojené komunikační halou, jež svírají veřejnou plochu náměstí. Hmoty v půdorysné stopě tvoří téměř písmeno U. Kombinace úřadu, služeb pro občana, multifunkčního sálu, obřadní síně a kavárny nabízí optimální skladbu pro radnici dneška a budoucna. Výškově je objekt umírněný a nepřevyšuje okolní ani navrhovanou zástavbu. Měřítko stavby vyjadřuje jak přívětivost ke kolem jdoucím, tak i důstojnost nesenou svým významem. Výrazným architektonickým prvkem radnice je obíhající arkáda tvořená sloupořadím v osové vzdálenosti 2m o výšce 6,5m. Tento prvek již sám o sobě přispívá k výjimečnosti této budovy a odkazuje na řecký archetyp. Pravidelnost, rast, tektonika jež se v celém objektu propisuje vychází z konstrukčního modulu, který pak ovlivnil vnitřní dispoziční členění. Pevnost a stabilitu dodává fasáda z klasického lícového zdiva, která má dvojí výtvarné řešení pro administrativně – správní část a zdobnější pro část se sálem a síní. Transparentnost dění, jež se k filozofii radnice váže, se projevuje již v prosklení vstupní haly, tak dále v řešení dispozic chodem a kanceláří i zasedacích místností všech typů. Stavba je řešena s ohledem na trvale udržitelný rozvoj a hospodaření s energiemi, jako stavba udržitelná. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | A city hall BRNO – North – dissertation 2015 A public building with the main function for the city hall for city part Brno – North. The building is extended with a representative hall which is also used for the culture and sociable events. Furthermore, this building includes a ceremonial hall, a cafe and a lecture room. A designed building of the city hall is situated in the centre position in a designed building. A close connection with Provaznikova street provides a connection to a current building a good accessibility for pedestrians and also for cars. At first was built the city hall, neverthless during following steps it would fit in the designed building. A position „centre“ and it´s own importance of the city hall allows to create a new strong binding with a current territory since it´s beggining. The public building and a public open space fill in this territory with an active life in a public space. A material solution of the city building reacts on a current and a future urban context. The traffic connection continues with a current communication. An entrances into the building are from Provaznikova street and a suggested square. An entrace to underground garages are on right side from a main entrance in a new designed street. A concept of the city hall includes two materials connected by communication hall which closes a public area of the square. Materials in a ground plan creates almost letter U. A combination of offices, servises for citizens, a multifunctional hall, a ceremonial hall and a cafe offer an optimal contain for a current and aslo for a future city hall. The height of building is moderate and isn´t higher than a designed or sorrounded buildings. A criterion of the building shows a kindness to people going by and also an honour to it´s meaning. A significant architectonic point of the city hall is a rotating arcade created by colonnade in an axial distance 2m and height 6,5m. This point itself contributes to an extraordinariness of this building and refers to Greek archatype. A regularity, a rast and a tectonics in all building is based on a constructive module which influenced an inner layout structure. A strenght and a stability is impared by a facade from a classical obverse masonry which has two visual solutions for an administrativelly – authoritilly part and more decorated for a part with a hall and a hall. A transparency of developments which is connected with a phylosophy of the city hall is shown in a glass entrance hall, furthermore in a solutions of corridors and offices and all kinds of boardrooms. The building is designed with a consideration of a premanently sustainable developement and management with energies, as a sustainable building. | en |
