Novostavba rodinného domu se dvěma bytovými jednotkami v Kanicích

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu se dvěma vzájemně nepropojenými bytovými jednotkami. Stavební pozemek se nachází na kraji obce Kanice, okres Brno-venkov. Novostavba je určena pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a dva prarodiče, z nichž jeden je na vozíčku. Z tohoto důvodu je první bytová jednotka řešena jako bezbariérová. Objekt je nepodsklepený. První bytová jednotka je jednopodlažní, druhá dvoupodlažní. Budova je navržena v konstrukčním systému POROTHERM. Konstrukce stropu je vyskládána z POT nosníků a cihelných stropních vložek MIAKO. Konstrukci střechy tvoří dvě vazníkové střechy se sklonem střešní roviny 7°.The bachelor thesis deals with a design of a detached house which includes two mutually unconnected apartments. The property is situated on the edge of the town called Kanice, district Brno-venkov. The house is intended for a 4-member family and two grandparents, one of them is wheelchair. For this reason the first apartments is solved like wheelchair accessible. The building has no basement. First apartment has one floor and the second one has two floors. The building is designed to be built from the construction system POROTHERM. The construction of the ceiling is designed from POT beams and brick ceiling inserts MIAKO. The construction of the roof is made of two girder roofs with incline of 7°.
