Novostavba penzionu

Abstract

V projektu je zpracována dokumentace penzionu s restaurací na úrovni zadání projektu pro stavební povolení. Jedná se o objekt v kat. území a obci Prachatice. Budova má tři podlaží. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází restaurace a kuchyně se zázemím. Ve druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází obytné místnosti. Návrh objektu klade důraz na dispoziční řešení s vazbou na zajištění konstrukce po stránce statické, požární bezpečnosti, ochrany proti hluku, úspory energie a bezpečnosti při užívání. Výkresy byly zpracovány v softwaru určeném pro projektování – Archiad 18.The project is working on a documentation of the boarding house with restaurant at the project specification for a building permit. It issituated in the cadastral area of the town of Prachatice. The building has three floors. On the first floor there is restaurant with kitchen with facilities. On the second and third floor there are living premises. Proposal places emphasis on building layout with a link to the site to ensure construction of static, fire safety, protection against noise, energy saving and safety in use. Drawings have been processed in software for design – Archicad 18.
