Rezidence Austerlitz, vybrané části stavebně technologického projektu

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je zpracovat vybrané stavebně-technické části projektu novostavby bytového domu v Brně. Projekt se blíže zabývá technologickou etapou hrubé vrchní stavby, v které jsou zahrnuty předpisy pro provádění zdiva a železobetonových konstrukcí. Diplomová práce se dále zabývá návrhem strojních sestav, časovým plánováním, otázkou zásobování staveniště, pravidly bezpečnosti práce, kvalitativními požadavky, řešením organizace výstavby a plánováním údržby realizovaného bytového domu. V závěru práce bude provedeno porovnání různých systémových variant provedení obvodového pláště budovy z hlediska mnoha stavebně-technických faktorů.Purpose of this master’s thesis is to compile structurally – technological aspects of the project of new housing building in Brno. Thesis concentrates on technological phase of upper rough construction, which involves prescriptions for masonry of walls and constructions from reinforced concrete. Thesis is also includes suggestions of constellation of machines, time plan, supplying of construction site, rules of workplace safety, quality requirements, solutions for organization of construction and maintenance of the building. Conclusion of this master’s thesis is comparison of different systematical variations of constructing peripheral wall based on many structurally – technological factors.
