dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je konverze a rozšíření bývalého učiliště průmyslové střední školy nábytkářské v Rousínově a jeho rozšíření o bydlení pro seniory. Objekty učiliště byly postaveny v 70. letech 20. století a dnes jsou jen částečně a provizorně využívány, čekají tak na svoje znovuzrození. Cílem projektu je otevřít areál lidem a začlenit ho do všedního života občanů Rousínova. Kino, restaurace, galerie, klubovny i bydlení - to vše je součástí nového městského centra. Na již vzniklé zázemí navazuje bydlení pro seniory, které je svojí polohou v centru města kvalitním místem pro další etapu života. Aktivováním těchto funkcí se izolovaný ostrov uprostřed města stává plnohodnotnou součástí veřejného prostoru Rousínova. První etapou je konverze učiliště na kulturní a komunitní centrum. Heslem konverze je očista. Vyčistit objekty od nepotřebných konstrukcí a nánosů historie. Ukázat nosnou konstrukci a vnést novou energii do objektů. Samotná konstrukce umožňuje prostorovou hru vertikálních a horizontálních ploch. Prostor kluboven i galerie jsou otevřeny do druhého podlaží, bytové jednotky jsou navrženy jako mezonetové. Vše je jednoduché a funkční. Zbývá jen ruch života, který do objektů vnesou obyvatelé Rousínova. Jako další etapa vznikne v areálu bydlení pro seniory. Poptávka na bydlení pro seniory je stále vysoká a není tomu jinak ani v Rousínově a okolí. Ve městě se nachází Dům pečovatelské služby, který je však na okraji a kapacita je nedostačující. Proto využití potenciálu areálu učiliště v centru města je vhodným řešením pro bydlení seniorů. Návrh se nesnaží najít jedno univerzální řešení pro všechny, ale má za cíl podpořit jedinečnost budoucích obyvatel a vycházet z jejich individuálních potřeb. Proto nevzniká jeden velký komplex domova důchodců, ale tři různé objekty podle míry samostatnosti obyvatel. Možnost volby a flexibilita jsou důležitým faktorem návrhu - klidová část x společenská část/propojování bytových jednotek/výběr té nejvhodnější podle osob	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this thesis is the conversion and extension of the former School of Industrial High School in Rousínov furniture and expansion of housing for the elderly. School buildings were built in the 70s of the 20th century and today are only partially and temporarily used, and are waiting for its rebirth. The aim of the project is to open the area to people and incorporate it into the daily life of citizens Rousínov. Cinema, restaurants, galleries, clubs and housing - it's all part of the new city center. Already incurred background builds housing for the elderly, which is its location in the heart of a quality place for the next stage of life. By activating these functions is an isolated island in the city center becomes a full-fledged part of the public space Rousínov. The first stage is the conversion of schools to the cultural and community center. Slogan conversion is cleansing. Clean up objects from unnecessary structures and layers of history. Demand for housing for the elderly is still high and it's no different in Rousínov and surroundings. In the House of care service that is not on the edge and the capacity is insufficient. Therefore, the potential use of school premises in the town center is a suitable solution for senior housing. The proposal does not find one universal solution for all, but aims to promote the uniqueness and future residents based on their individual needs. Therefore, there is no one big complex retirement home, but three different objects according to the degree of autonomy of the population.	en
