Abstract

Úlohou bakalárskej práce bolo navrhnúť a urbanisticky vyriešiť územie v okolí rieky Svitavy, v širšom centre Brna. Priamo na nábreží rieky vzniká radová zástavba bytových domov s promenádou a cyklo chodníkom. Koncept navrhovaného bytového domu vychádza priamo z orientácie na východ a západ. Základnou myšlienkou bolo vytvoriť presvetlené byty prepojené na obe fasády a osvetliť vnútro dispozície svetlíkmi doplnenými zelenými stenami.The task of the bachelor thesis was to design and urbanize the area around the Svitava river, in the wider center of Brno. Directly on the riverside is designed a row of residential buildings with promenade and cycling path. The concept of the apartment building is based directly on the location. The basic idea was to create illuminated apartments connected to both facades and illuminate the inside of the disposition using lightwells with green walls.
