| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sdělování informací obyvatelstvu. Nejprve je popsán současný stav této problematiky. V další části práce je proveden průzkum, který se snaží dokázat, jestli by bylo možné stávající stav vylepšit a tím zvýšit efektivitu sdělování. Toto vylepšení spočívá ve využití informačních technologií. V poslední části je pak naznačeno, jak by se takovýto systém dal zrealizovat v praxi. | cs |
