Investice a její důsledky na rozvoj obce

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá investicí a jejím důsledkem na rozvoj obce. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na investice a investiční prostor. Další řešená témata jsou hospodaření obcí, jejich rozpočet a finanční zdroje. Následně je popsán regionální rozvoj, jeho aktéři a metodologie, jejíž součástí je SWOT analýza. V praktické části je charakterizována konkrétní obec, následně vytvořena SWOT analýza a popsán investiční záměr konkrétní investice. V závěru je za pomoci dotazníkového šetření investice posouzena a následně je vyhodnocen její důsledek na rozvoj obce.

The bachelor thesis deals with an ivestment and its impact on the development of a municipality. The theoretical part focuses on investments and the investment space. Other topics are the management of municipalities, their budget and financial resources. It also describes regional development, its actors and methodology, which includes SWOT analysis. The practical part deals with the selected municipality, it includes its SWOT analysis and describes the particular investment intention. The last part of the thesis assesses the investment using a questionnaire survey and then is evaluates its impact on the development of the municipality.
