dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je věnována tématu specifik komunikace ve veřejné správě. Z důvodu velice širokého obsahu veřejné správy se teoretická část této práce zabývá vymezením základních použitých pojmů, se kterými bude v dalším textu pracováno, tedy samotné veřejné správy, managementu a komunikace ve veřejné správě. Empirická část se pak zabývá stanovením pracovních hypotéz, které budou potvrzeny či vyvráceny dotazníkovým šetřením, zaměřeným na pracovníky veřejnoprávní organizace, stavebních úřadů, speciálních stavebních úřadů a veřejnost.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis is focused on the subject of specifics in communication in public administration. Due to the broad kontent of public administration, the theoretical part of this thesis is addressing determination of basic used terms which will be further operated with in the text, thus the public administration itself, management and communication in the public administration. The empirical part is then looking into the establishment of working hypothesis, which will be either confirmed or disproved in a questionnaire research, concentrated on the staff in public organization, building offices, special building offices and the public.	en
