Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom drevostavby rodinného domu v katastrálnom území Horná Mariková, okres Považská Bystrica. Dom je samostatne stojaci, v miernom svahu v blízkosti lesa. Je navrhnutý pre štvorčlennú rodinu. Objekt je jednopodlažný, s obytným podkrovím a podpivničením. Strecha je sedlová. Dom je navrhnutý ako drevená rámová konštrukcia, opláštená sádrovláknitými doskami Fermacell. Vchod je orientovaný na východ, obytné miestnosti na juh a západ.This bachelor´s thesis deals with design of timber frame house situated in the cadastral area Horná Mariková, region Považská Bystrica. It is detached house standing on the gentle slope near the forest. It is designed for family of four. The house has one storey, residential loft and basement. There is the saddleback roof. The house is designed like a timber frame construction with Fermacell boards. An entrance is situated on the east, living rooms are situated on the south and the west.
