Výroba dámské konfekce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Výroba dámské konfekce“ je zpracována ve formě architektonické a konstrukční studie a projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby obsahující všechny náležitosti dle platných předpisů. Navržený objekt je umístěn v městské části Brno – Židenice při ulici Rokytova. Celá stavba má působit kompaktním dojmem. Objekt je navržen pro módní značku Miu Miu. Z tohoto taky pramení celý koncept projektu. Stavba má být jednoduchá, s prvky minimalismu, výrazná barevnost a kontrast, přesto zachována elegantní forma. Jedná se o výrobní halu, zaměřenou na značkovou dámskou konfekci. Objekt je orientován jihozápadně, zasazen do mírně svažitého terénu. Stavba je třípodlažní. Svým charakterem jde o monolitický železobetonový skelet, doplněn o výplňové zdivo Ytong. Stavba je rozčleněna do několika provozních částí. V přízemní části stavby se nachází výrobní, skladovací a technický provoz. Ve 2. nadzemním podlaží jsou pak navrženy prostory vzduchotechniky a kanceláře se sociálním zařízením. Ve 3. nadzemním podlaží se nachází stravovací provoz, doplněn o sociální a hygienické zázemí a administrativní část.The bachelor thesis " WOMAN´S CLOTHING FACTORY" is processed in the form of architectural and engineering studies and project documentation for construction of this building. It contains all the requirements needed in accordance with valid regulations. The designed object is located in the city district Brno - Zidenice, on the Rokytova street. The whole building is supposed to cause a compact impression. The building is designed for the fashion brand Miu Miu. This fact reflects the whole concept of the project. On one hand, the building is supposed to be simple, with the elements of minimalism, variety of colors and contrast, but on the other hand, an elegant form of this building is preserved. This building is a factory building, focusing on the women's designer clothing. The object is orientated south-west, it is set into a deeply sloping terrain and it has three floors. Its character is monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which is complemented with masonry filling Ytong. The building is divided into several operating parts. The manufacturing, storage and technical plants are located on the ground floor. The air conditioning and office facilities are located on the second floor. The catering plant, together with social and sanitary facilities and administrative part are located on the third floor.
