Projekt řeší zděný dům zdícího systému Heluz, který má dvě nadzemní podlaží a suterén. Plochou jednoplášťovou střechu. Pochůzí terasu a balkon. Dům obsahuje garáž pro jedno osobní auto. Zastavěná plocha domu je 141,8 m2. Bakalářská práce může sloužit jako podklad pro stavební řízení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis is about a project of the family house in the municipal land registry of Vracov. The thesis contains project documentation, technical report and thermic-technical review. The project is solving a brickhouse on the basis of bricksystem Heluz which has two above-ground levels and the basement. The house has a flat one-covered roof, terrace and balcony. The house includes a garage for one car. The built-up area is 141,8 m2.The thesis can be helpful as a source of the building procedure. | en |
