Těžký dřevěný skelet v bytové výstavbě

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je Těžký dřevěný skelet v bytové výstavbě. Práce se zabývá návrhem projektu bytového domu, jež má poskytnout možnost ubytování lidem na venkově poblíž většího města. Jedná se o bytový dům s 3 nadzemními podlažími. První podlaží je řešeno jako bezbariérové a nachází se zde byt pro vozíčkáře (1+kk). V prvním a druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází celkem 7 bytů (3x1+KK, 2x2+KK, 2x 3+KK). Ve třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází dva byty (4+KK) s přístupem na terasu. Dům je založen na základových pasech a patkách. Konstrukční systém tvoří těžký dřevěný skelet. Stropní konstrukce je tvořena dřevěnými stropnicemi kotvenými do průvlaků skeletu. V objektu se nachází plochá pochozí střecha v místě teras bytů ve třetím nadzemním podlaží, jinak je zastřešení řešeno šikmou střechou tvořenou dřevěným krovem.Theme of diploma thesis is a Heavy wooden frame in apartment development. The thesis is concerned with a proposal of residential building project, which has the possibility of accommodation for people in rural areas near larger city. This is a residential building with 3 storeys. The first floor is completely wheelchair friendly and there is a flat for the disabled (1+kc). In the first and second floor is placed 7 flats (3x 1+kc, 2x 2+kc, 2x 3+kc). On the third floor there are two flats (4+kc) with entry to the terrace. Building is placed on the base zone and footing. The structural system is consists of a heavy wooden frame. The ceiling structure consists of wood joists anchored into girder frame. In the building there is a flat walkable roof in place of terrace of the apartment on the third floor, otherwise is roof construction consisting of slanting roof with wooden roof truss.
