Novostavba rodinného domu

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh projektové dokumentace rodinného domu se dvěma bytovými jednotkami a samostatně stojící dvojgaráží na konkrétním pozemku v Holešově. Cílem je vytvořit funkční dispoziční řešení zohledňující každodenní provoz. Novostavba je určena pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a jednoho z prarodičů se sníženou schopností pohybu. Objekt je navržen z konstrukčního systému KM BETA. Součástí práce je i architektonický model s ohledem na situační řešení.Target of this thesis is a design of blueprints for a family house consisting of two building units and a separated garage for two cars on a particular plot in the area of Holesov. The aim of this work is to create a functional disposal solution with respect to daily use. The new building is intended for use by a four member family and one of the grand parents who is partially handicaped and suffers from reduced mobility. The building is designed based on the KM BETA construction system and an architectural model is a part of this thesis as the physical presentation of the actual project positioning.
