dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby rodinného domu. Cílem je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Obsahem práce je studie rodinného domu, výkresová a textová část. Novostavba je určena pro trvalé bydlení 4 členné rodiny. Objekt je řešen jako jednopodlažní rodinný dům s částečným podsklepením. Je zastřešen sedlovou střechou z dřevěných vazníků, bez možnosti využití podkrovních prostor. Součástí rodinného domu je garáž pro dva osobní automobily. Dům je navržen z cihelných tvárnic Porotherm, půdorysné rozměry domu jsou 27,5x10,88m. Rodinný dům se nachází na dosud nezastavěném pozemku na mírně svažitém terénu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The topic of this thesis is to design the new building of the house. The aim is to develop project documentation for building construction. The work includes studies, drawing and text. The new building is intanded for permanent housing four member family. The building is designed as a one-story house with partial basement. It is covered with a gable roof of wooden rafters, without the use of attic space. Part of the house is a garage for two cars. The house is made of brick blocks Porotherm, plan dimensions of the building are 27.5 x 10, 88 m. House is located on the still undeveloped land on gently sloping terrain.	en
