Rodinný dům s grafickým centrem v Jihlavě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je projekt vícepodlažního polyfunkčního rodinného domu s grafickým centrem v Jihlavě. Dům je určen pro bydlení dvou čtyřčlenných rodin. Obsluha grafického centra bude zajištěna obyvateli domu. Hlavní vstupy do objektu jsou orientovány na sever. Dům má nepravidelný půdorys a je zastřešen dvěma pultovými střechami. Pobytové místnosti jsou orientovány na jihozápad. Objekt je postaven z keramických tvárnic, kde svislé nosné konstrukce tvoří zdivo Heluz a vodorovné konstrukce tvoří předpjaté stropní panely Spiroll. Projekt byl vypracován pomocí výukové verze počítačového programu AutoCAD. Při zpracování byl kladen důraz na dispoziční řešení, architektonický vzhled, statické požadavky a bezpečnost užívání.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a multi-storey, multifunctional, duplex house with a graphics centre, located in Jihlava. The house is intended for housing two families of four. The operation of the graphics centre will be provided by the residents. The main entrances to the building are oriented to the north. The house has an irregular floor plan and is covered by two mono-pitched roofs. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest. The building is constructed of ceramic blocks, where the vertical load-bearing structure consists of Heluz masonry and the horizontal structure consists of prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The project was developed through the educational version of the computer program AutoCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on correct layout, architectural design, static requirements and the fulfillment of structural safety requirements.
