Skeletový rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba dvoupodlažního rodinného domu v místní části Kudlov města Zlína. Objekt je tvořen železobetonovými, prefabrikovanými dílci tvořící skeletovou konstrukci. Nosná konstrukce je tvořena průběžnými sloupy, průvlaky, ztužidly, a to vše atypických průřezů. Stropní, střešní i základová deska je řešena z předpjatých panelů Spiroll. Schodiště objektu je železobetonové, prefabrikované. Jako výplň obvodových stěn a také pro realizaci příček je použito vápenopískových cihel. Střecha je plochá, vegetační. Objekt má tvar krychle a jeho součástí je i vestavěná garáž. Dům je navrhnut pro bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Hlavní vstup a vjezd objektu je v úrovni prvního nadzemního podlaží z ulice Modrá. Hlavní pobytové místnosti jsou orientovány na jižní stranu.The matter of the bachelor´s thesis is the new building of double-storey detached house in a local part of Kudlov the city of Zlin. The object is formed by reinforced concrete, prefabricated elements forming the skeleton structure. The supporting structure consists of continuous columns, beams, braces and all atypical sections. Ceiling, roof and foundation slab is designed from prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll. Building´s stair is from reinforced concrete, prefabricated. As the filler of peripheral walls and for realization of partition walls as well is used sand-lime bricks. The roof is flat, vegetation. The building has the shape of a cube and includes a built-in garage. The house is designed for housing a family of four. The main entrance and the entrance to garage is at the level of the first floor from the street Modra. The main living rooms are oriented to the southern side.
