dc.description.abstractNávrh zastavuje nárožní proluku inverzním rohem s veřejným prostorem - náměstím. Náměstí je centrum místní zástavby a tvoří předprostor divadlu Radost. Navržený soubor domu je městotvorný. Do náměstí jsou orientovány obchody, do jednoho z dvorů kanceláře a zbytek tvoří byty. V podzemním podlaží se nachází technické zázemí domu a parkování. Domy dodžují měřítko a charakter okolní zástavby.cs
