dc.description.abstract	: Bakalářská práce „Rodinný dům ve svahu“ se zabývá problematikou osazení rodinného domu do svažitého terénu. Cílem práce je vytvoření projektové dokumentace na úrovni prováděcí dokumentace pro rodinný dům ve svahu na parcele číslo 48/4 v katastrálním území Střemeníčko. Podmínkou zadání je použití jiných materiálů než cihlářských a silikátových výrobků pro výstavbu svislých nosných konstrukcí. Je třeba objekt šetrně osadit do terénu, tak aby nedošlo k narušení okolní krajiny a zároveň byla zajištěna správná funkčnost objektu. Objekt bude třípodlažní částečně zapuštěný do terénu, zastřešen sedlovou střechou s orientací hřebene kolmo na spádnici terénu. Nosné konstrukce stěn budou tvořeny vápenopískovými tvárnicemi KMB Sendwix ve skladbě s provětrávanou mezerou. Nenosné konstrukce budou tvořeny vápenopískovými tvárnicemi KMB Sendwix. Konstrukce stropu bude tvořena keramickými stropními panely Heluz. Střecha bude pokryta taškami KM Beta Briliant v černé barvě. Fasáda bude tvořena režným zdivem přizdívky z vápenopískových cihel KMB Sendwix ve spodní části stavby a štítové části v druhém nadzemním podlaží v grafitové barvě. Zbylé části přizdívky budou v bílé barvě. Výplně otvorů budou s dřevěnými rámy ve žluté medové barvě.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Bachelor's thesis "Family house in the hillside" deals with the installation of a house in a sloping terrain. The aim is to create project documentation on the level of detailed documentation for a family house in slope plot number 48/4 in the cadastral territory Střemeníčko. Terms of Reference is the use of materials other than brick and silicate products for the construction of vertical supporting structures. It is necessary the object gently fitted into the terrain, so to avoid breaching the the surrounding landscape and also ensure proper functionality of the object. Three-storey building will be partially embedded in the terrain, covered with a gable roof with ridge oriented perpendicular to the fall line of the terrain. Load-bearing wall construction will consist from sand-lime blocks KMB SENDWIX in composition with a ventilated space. Non-bearing constructions will be made sand-lime blocks KMB SENDWIX. Ceiling structure will consist of ceramic ceiling panels Heluz. The roof will be covered with roof tiles KM Beta Brilliant in black. The facade will consist of gray masonry retention wall of sand-lime brick KMB SENDWIX at the bottom of part of shield the building and on the second floor in a color of graphite. Retention wall remaining part will be in white. Will fill openings with wooden frames of honey-yellow color.	en
