Řešení hrubé vrchní stavby výrobní haly v Lanškrouně

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává stavebně technologický postup vybraných technologických etap hrubé vrchní stavby výrobní haly firmy SCHOTT ČR, s.r.o. v Lanškrouně. Jedná se o přístavbu jednopodlažní haly určenou k průmyslové výrobě. Předmětem je zpracování postupu montáže montovaného železobetonového skeletu a opláštění fasádními panely Kingspan včetně nosné konstrukce pláště. Práce obsahuje individuální návrh systému fasády, technickou zprávu, technologické předpisy vybraných etap, plán organizace výstavby a zařízení staveniště včetně výkresů, rozpočet a časový plán, kontrolní a zkušební plány, návrh strojní sestavy, a také bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. Dodatečnou součástí je řešení problematiky nadrozměrné přepravy včetně řešení kritických bodů trasy.This Bachelor thesis processes construction-technological procedure of selected technological stages of rough upper construction of a production hall belonging to SCHOTT ČR, s.r.o. in Lanškroun. This is the extension of the single-storey hall intended for industrial production. The subject is the processing the procedure of assembly of the assembled ferroconcrete skeleton and cladding by facade panels Kingspan including the load-bearing structure of the surface.The work includes the individual design of the facade, a technical report, technological regulations of the selected stages of the construction, the organization plan and site facilities including drawings, budget and timetable, inspection and test plans, draft report, and also the machinery safety and health protection at work. An additional part of the solution is the issue of the oversized transport, including solutions to the critical points of the route.
