Je navržena na stavební parcele nacházející se v Brně, městské části Komín. Budova je navržena jako nepodsklepená, jednopodlažní s plochou střechou. Součástí projektu je návrh zpevněných komunikací a parkovacích stání pro návštěvníky a zaměstnance. Budova není navržena jako nízkoenergetická.	cs

The building is designed as a without basement, single-storey with flat roof. The project suggests paved roads and parking spaces for visitors and employees.
