dc.description.abstract	V projektu je zpracována technická dokumentace k samostatně stojícímu rodinnému domu s provozovnou – masérna. Stavba se nachází v obci Rabštejn. Zastavěná plocha je 142,41 m2. Rodinný dům má dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. V 1.PP je provozovna, která je určena pro majitele domu. Dům je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu a je vyzděn ze stavebního systému Porotherm. Střecha nad 2. NP je řešena jako plochá s nosnou konstrukcí z panelů Spiroll. Podlaha na terase v 1.NP a 2.NP je řešena jako pochozí plochá s klasickým pořadím vrstev pro provádění teras. Bakalářská práce obsahuje studii, situace, stavební dokumentaci, požárně bezpečnostní řešení, stavební fyziku, seminární práci, výpočty a technické listy k některým výrobkům.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The project technical documentation of a detached house with an establishment - massage room. The building is located in the village Rabštejn. Built-up area is 142.41 square meters. Detached house has two floors and one basement. In the basement is a business area for homeowners. The house is based on the underlying strip of plain concrete and walled building system Porotherm. The roof of the second floor is a warm flat roof with loadbearing structure of the panels Spiroll. The floor on the terrace in 1.NP and 2.NP is walkable flat roof with classical sequence of layers for the implementation of the terraces. Bachelor´s thesis include a sketch, a block plan, a building documentation, fire safety measures, a building physics, seminar work, calculations and technical data for some products.	en
