Preserved village dwellings provide a satisfactory indoor microclimate when an appropriate building use regime is applied. Using eight dataloggers, we monitored the indoor environment in a case study of a mountain dwelling built in 1911 in Bublava, located in the Ore Mountains, over one week during the summer and autumn. The results show that this case study house, largely preserved in its original state of construction, has an effective use regime and is highly adaptable to different weather conditions.en
