Abstract

Předmětem této diplmové práce je návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení městské knihovny pozemcích parc. č. 885/1,. Objekt je navržen v souladu s územním plánem města Uherské Hradiště. Je situován tak, aby nenarušil místní zástavbu. Svým tvarem a vzhledem je vytvořen tak, aby zapadnul do místní zástavby. Dále klade důraz na zajištění konstrukce po stránce statické, architektonické, úspory energie a bezpečnosti při užívání stavby. Objekt má čtyři nadzemní podlaží s plochou střechou ve třech úrovních. Jedná se o monolitickou skeletovou konstrukci. Dispozice 1NP je tvořena halou s informacemi, knihkupectvím a víceúčelovým sálem. V 2NP se nachází výpůjčka knih pro děti a mládež s papírnictvím (copycentrum). Ve 3NP je situována rovněž výpůjčka knih, tentokrát však pro dospělé. 4NP tvoří administrativa knihovny. Součástí každého podlaží je sociální zázemí pro návštěvníky a zaměstnance, sklady a archivy. Celý objekt je navrhován jako bezbariérový.Subject of my thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for building permit municipal library land parcel. no. 885/1,. In the 3rd floor is located also borrowing books, but this time for adults. 4th floor consists of the administration of the library. Each floor has restrooms for visitors and staff, storage and archives. The entire building is designed as a barrier.
